Dr. Keith is great. The receptionist is a battle ax and dealing with her is always awful. Dr. Wang seems pretty good but Dr. Saken is cold and demeaning, so I would stay away from him. In short, it is worth it if you get to see Dr. Keith. Otherwise, go somewhere else. [ Reply | More ]

The only real solutions are surgical. Cellulite is the result of a breakdown of connective tissue. You can't diet or exercise it away. But you can reduce the appearance of cellulite slightly by improving muscle tone. A good fake tan also helps disguise it. [ Reply | More ]

NO, I liked her but she was always too much... too present, too wanting more, too needy... when our kids moved to diff schools and I thought we could "fade away" she pulled closer. OK let's get this straight. Did you apologize because you were cruel to her or did something wrong? Because I don't think you have to atone for not wanting to continue a friendship... Anyway, can't you just get together once, let the kids have fun. If she wants to get together after that, just be unavailable. Nothing wrong with that. [ Reply | More ]

I apologized if my actions had hurt her feelings or made her feel disrespected or something (not the words I used exactly, but it was a while back). It's that the being "unavailable" which is what I did, seems cruel to her...she sees it as cruel I think [ Reply | More ]

Do your kids like each other? If so, offer to have her drop her dc at your place for a playdate and then you don't have to deal with her. If kids aren't close and you'd enjoy hanging out with her w/o kids, suggest that. If neither applies, you'll have to just apologize and tell her your dcs are so busy with school, school friends, etc. that you don't have much time, but make a plan for 2-3 months out and keep her at arms length.
